Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Purpose: The business development in the company’s sales process by working from our office in Pune during American business hours using specified methods (phone, e-mail or other means) to establish appointments for our company’s senior managers to place calls to qualified receptive contacts at potential clients in the USA. The BDE researches potential prospects and helps to maintain our database of research and contact attempt details. The BDE generates correspondence and reports as needed to achieve sales results and performs other administrative duties as requested by senior management.

Key Result Areas(KRA):

  • Number of successful connections by our senior managers to make proposals. Current expectation is to get a minimum of one relevant appointment every two weeks. This KRA metric will be increased as the candidate gains experience.

  • Number of contact records produced and screened correctly.

  • Perform job functions described herein with the intent to always work in the best interests of the company and represent it well. Metric expected is 100% compliance.

Job Duties:

  • Bid on websites such as freelancer.com,elance.com on behalf of company.
  • Researches data on prospects as defined by senior management.  Screens business contacts so they meet our needs.  Enters contacts into the database with added information as needed that may be useful in contacting them.
  • Calls influences (people who could influence the decision to contract for our services) to find the correct people with whom our senior management should talk.
  • Sets up appointments by following up with those people responsible for making client outsourcing decisions.  Appointments should be made with senior management of the contacted companies.
  • Documents carefully and completely all deliverable discussed in meetings and then publishes the minutes of the meetings.
  • Tracks and ensures that client expectations are met after the meeting, making sure that letters, references, proposals etc. are sent to the client on a timely basis.
  • Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications: Market research,Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Good Verbal and written Communication skills


  • Any Graduation.

Shift Time: 8 PM to 6 AM, Sat- Sun Off
Salary: Depend on the interview.
Job Location: Kharadi, Pune.
Minimum Experience: 1 Year
