Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Purpose: The business development in the company’s sales process by working from our office in Pune during American business hours using specified methods (phone, e-mail or other means) to establish appointments for our company’s senior managers to place calls to qualified receptive contacts at potential clients in the USA. The BDE researches potential prospects and helps to maintain our database of research and contact attempt details. The BDE generates correspondence and reports as needed to achieve sales results and performs other administrative duties as requested by senior management.
Key Result Areas(KRA):
Number of successful connections by our senior managers to make proposals. Current expectation is to get a minimum of one relevant appointment every two weeks. This KRA metric will be increased as the candidate gains experience.
Number of contact records produced and screened correctly.
Perform job functions described herein with the intent to always work in the best interests of the company and represent it well. Metric expected is 100% compliance.
Skills/Qualifications: Market research,Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Good Verbal and written Communication skills
Shift Time: 8 PM to 6 AM, Sat- Sun Off
Salary: Depend on the interview.
Job Location: Kharadi, Pune.
Minimum Experience: 1 Year
